  1. SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and Edinos.pl is encrypted with a 256-bit key.
  2. We collect and process only the necessary personal data for the shortest possible time, and you must provide separate consent for any activities not related to the execution of the purchase and sale agreement.
  3. Only authorized persons trained in the protection of personal data have access to your personal data, guaranteeing its security.

B. Placing an order

If, when placing an order, the Customer selects delivery to an address other than the one indicated during registration or placing the order, please also provide:

  1. Name and surname or company/institution name – required for addressing the shipment;
  2. Address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code, and city) – required for addressing the shipment;
  3. Telephone number of the recipient of the shipment – ​​required for certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document with data other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please also provide:

  1. Name and surname or company/institution name – required to issue a sales receipt;
  2. Address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code, and city) – required to issue a sales receipt;

The data provided when placing an order are processed by dkmdesign.eu and the following entities to the extent specified below:

  1. The name, address, telephone number, and email address indicated as the delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label/waybill, which also serves as a delivery order. Depending on the selected shipment type, the following are transferred:
    – Poczta Polska S.A.
    – UPS Polska Sp. z o.o.
    – In-post Sp. z o.o.
  2. The name, address, and Tax Identification Number indicated as the data for which the sales document is to be issued are transferred as a sales document to the accounting system:

    If you choose to pay using an external payment system, all data provided after visiting the payment provider’s website remains registered exclusively in its database and is not in any way accessible or stored by Edinos.pl.
  • Edinos.pl cooperates with the following payment providers:Blue Media S.A.eCard S.A., operator of the ecard.pl websitePayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., operator of the Paypal.com website

Data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with applicable regulations governing the retention period of accounting documents.

C. Marketing

If you subscribe to the email and text message newsletter and consent to receive it during the registration or ordering process, we only ask for your email address and/or phone number to which commercial information from dkmdesign.ei will be sent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by logging in to your dkmdesign.eu account or clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each email newsletter.
